Lofts on Louis is a new mixed-use project under construction in the heart of Downtown Jackson. As an integral part of the revitalization of Downtown Jackson, Lofts on Louis is the first new residential construction in the central business district in decades. A new four story brick building, with 46,280 square feet of residential and retail space. The ground floor level will consist of traditional downtown storefront retail space. The top three floors are all residential: 30 one and two bedroom loft apartments overlooking Downtown Jackson. Occupancy Spring 2018.

1When will apartments become available?
The expected completion time frame is Spring 2018. We are planning a grand opening and first move-ins the first week of April, 2018. Please complete the contact form to be notified of updates and news about Lofts on Louis.
2How big are the apartments?
Lofts on Louis consists of one and two bedroom loft style apartments. There are 12 one bedroom units, each 780 square feet. Two bedroom units are 1,124 square feet and there will be 18 available.
3What do the units include?
Loft style apartments include a combined kitchen, dining and living area with expansive views of Downtown Jackson. Top quality finishes in all units. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Washer-dryer in each unit. Amenities include permitted parking, bike garage, storage areas, and included water utilities.
4Are pets welcome?
Residents of the second and third floor may have pets. There is an additional charge of $50 per pet/per month.
